Delivery

Orders are processed for delivery between 9am-5pm (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).
Delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 working days for West Malaysia and 10 to 14 working days for East Malaysia.
We only deliver to addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or ship internationally.
Self-collection and COD service are NOT available.
Kindly contact us to report any issues within 7 days of receiving the orders.

How do we calculate shipping fee?

Our standard delivery will be calculated based on the weight of the order received:
