We understand that getting your purchased orders quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can. To ensure prompt delivery, kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate shipping address, contact number and email address. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner. Delivery

• Orders are processed for delivery between 9am-5pm (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).
• Delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 working days for West Malaysia and 10 to 14 working days for East Malaysia.
• We only deliver to addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or ship internationally.
• Self-collection and COD service are NOT available.
• Kindly contact us to report any issues within 7 days of receiving the orders.

Track Your Order

• Upon receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email for your order.
• You will be given a tracking number of your order in a Delivery Confirmation email when the parcel is ready to shipped.
