How long does shipping take? When will i receive my order?

Delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 working days for West Malaysia and 10 to 14 working days for East Malaysia. You may refer to Shipping & Delivery policy for more information.

Delivery changes for order from The Leeden Store Website?

Our standard delivery will be calculated based on the weight of the order received:
WEST MALAYSIA : RM 10.00 (FIRST 1 KG WEIGHT), RM 15.00 ( SUBSEQUENT 1 KG WEIGHT)
EAST MALAYSIA : RM 15.00 (FIRST 1 KG WEIGHT), RM 26.00 (SUBSEQUENT 1 KG WEIGHT)

Orders are dispatched for delivery between 9.00am – 5.00pm from Monday to Friday and 9.00am – 1.00pm on Saturday.
The Leeden Store reserves the right to any change of this policy at any time without prior notice.

How do i track my order?

Upon receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email for your order.

You will be given a tracking number of your order in a Delivery Confirmation email when the parcel is ready to shipped.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How can i apply my discount coupon?

Coupon code must be entered at the checkout or cart page.

All the coupon will be valid for 60 days from the redemption date. After 60 days, strictly no extension is allowed.
